Ordering Bespoke

Ordering bespoke is simple.

Ideally, do this as soon as you can, around 9 months before your wedding date. This gives us time to consult with you, source materials, come up with ideas, make samples, complete your order and deliver your stationery 4 months before your wedding, giving you plenty of time to write them out and get them in the post! We can work on a tighter deadline if necessary but may be booked up for other weddings, especially in peak seasons, so get booked in first!


1. Contact us initially through our website or by phoning. We can arrange a personal home visit to you if you like to ensure you have everything covered as long as you live within 30 miles of Fareham, Hampshire. At our initial consultation, we will discuss with you the type of cards you like, colour schemes, ideas you have and theme of your wedding so we have a good understanding of your requirements. Clients who live outside the 30 mile zone will have their consultations done via telephone, mail, email and fax!

2. Pay a design fee of £30 to us to research, resource and make you 3 unique samples based on our consultations.

3. Discuss with us any changes you might like to make.

4. Sign your chosen sample and contract and return with your 50% deposit.

5. Once the order is complete we will invoice you for final payment. Once payment is received we will then deliver your stationery. If you live within 30 miles of Fareham, Hampshire, we prefer to personally deliver to you. If you live further afield or prefer not to have us deliver personally, we will add a £10 p&p charge to your invoice which will be sent by Royal Mail 'Recorded and Signed For' service.
